Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts included. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.

How to start a return

Email support@bigyardchristmas.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not ship an item back without instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, email photos and your order number to support@bigyardchristmas.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to return the item.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Items that are used, or that are not in their original packaging, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time since your refund was approved, contact us.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.
